Honda Motor Co. Ltd. scores well in a new ranking of the most reliable used cars by Consumer Reports, which puts one Ohio-made vehicle at the top of the list among small sport-utility vehicles.
The ranking compared older vehicle models with 2010 editions and found several with the same or even fewer problems than their newer counterparts. Japanese automakers such as Toyota Motor Corp. and Honda, whose North American manufacturing operations are based in Marysville, were found to be “far ahead” other companies in reliability. That applied to models five years old or more, the publication said.
